Aker Solutions has been awarded a frame agreement with bp for the provision of engineering and integrity services across the company’s North Sea assets.

September 1, 2026 – Aker Solutions’ Board of Directors has appointed Paal Eikeseth as the company’s new President & CEO, with effect from today. Eikeseth succeeds Kjetel Digre, who has decided to step down after six years as CEO.  

Aker Solutions delivered solid financial performance in the second quarter and the first half of 2026. Several key project milestones were met during the quarter. Aker Solutions now expects 2026 revenue to be between NOK 50 and 55 billion with EBITDA margins of around 7.5 percent excluding net profit from SLB OneSubsea.

Aker Solutions has secured a sizeable[1] contract with Tussa Energi to supply all electromechanical equipment for the Tussa II hydropower plant, located in the Volda region of western Norway.

Aker Solutions has signed a sizeable¹ five-year agreement with Cenovus Energy Inc. for engineering and maintenance services on White Rose field assets. 

Aker Solutions has been awarded a front-end engineering and design (FEED) contract by Equinor to prepare the Kvitebjørn platform for production from the Atlantis subsea tie-in project.

Aker Solutions AS has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Rolls-Royce SMR Ltd within the small modular reactor (SMR) market. The MoU establishes a partnership to develop Aker Solutions’ offering of non-nuclear parts of framed modules for Rolls-Royce SMR’s portfolio, leveraging Aker Solutions’ deep expertise in modularization and complex energy project execution.

Aker Solutions has been awarded a front-end engineering and design (FEED) contract by KN Energies to support the development of the company’s CO₂ transshipment terminal infrastructure project in Klaipėda, Lithuania.

Aker Solutions has been awarded a major[1] five-year contract with Aker BP for Maintenance, Modification and Operation services (MMO). The contract covers all Aker BP’s key assets on the Norwegian Continental Shelf, including the new Yggdrasil area.

Aker Solutions has been awarded multiple five-year frame agreements with Equinor. Under the agreements, Aker Solutions will provide maintenance and modifications services for a range of assets on the Norwegian Continental Shelf (NCS) and onshore Norway.

Aker Solutions has signed a six-year frame agreement with ConocoPhillips Skandinavia AS (ConocoPhillips), which includes an option to extend the contract for up to two additional three-year periods.
